Keep checking back as we will make updates here regularly!

We’re getting married and we are making an adventure out of it!

We took our first adventure together five years ago by loading up kayaks and paddling out to Jones Island in the San Juans. We have returned several times to enjoy the magic of this special zone and we want to share it all with you.

Jones Island (situated between Orcas Island and San Juan Island in Washington) is remote, magical, and A BIT of a trek to get to. Magical trails, private beaches and bays, a mystical moss canyon, and a tiny mountain top all await. We booked almost the entire island to ourselves (but there are no accommodations other than your own tent!). It is not directly accessible by state ferries or public transportation so we will be arranging boats both from Anacortes, WA and Orcas Island (or you can make your own additional adventure out of it by paddling or sailing your own vessel!). The island is rustic—it is camping only (well-maintained pit toilet outhouses, no showers, no cabins, no cars). For those of you who want to stay the night and camp, —yay! …we will be having quite a fine little group camping time in a very special setting! For those who don’t, just come for the day, and be back in Anacortes or Orcas Island by evening.

Many more details to come soon!

Love,

Sara + William

P.S. We know it’s early, but it would be super helpful to us in our planning process if you would take a few moments fill out the RSVP form here:
